Jogging Day 4... done with music to my ears...

Just like yesterday 5:45am when I get up from bed. I was awaken by a tap from my aunt who asked if I'm going to go for a jogging. Without hesitation, I silently went down so as not to disturb my sleeping prince - Macoi, as I did not intend to take him along.

What made this day different is that I brought with me my iPhone and jogged with music to my ears. It drives me more and even made me more energetic.  I noticed that I sweated a lot this time than in my previous days. From now on, I'll be bringing this stuff with me.

After thirty (30) minutes, my aunt and Macoi joined me. Fifteen (15) minutes passed and we're done.

While I was jogging  with sun starting to shine, I saw my shadow in front of me as if asking me to follow then I just told myself wishing that in the next days I'll be seeing a slimmer shadow of mine... I ain't crazy, just daydreaming in some sort...  =)

Jogging - Day 3

I almost forgot. I should write about my personal WRP (Weight Reduction Program) - Jogging. I am now in my 3rd day and counting.

Since I lack sleep the other night I almost can't get up this morning aside from the fact that my iPhone was battery empty so it didn't rang an alarm...

5:45am I rose from my bed wore my running shoes and immediately proceeded to our jogging venue. Glad that I still had enough time to run and discharge sweat from my huge body. 6:30am and it's done. Planning for the next day - 4th day.

Hope it won't rain every morning so there wouldn't be any reason for me not to do it again and again...

Oh well, I should be consistently doing it really coz dadi bought me a pair of shoes which I can use for jogging...

Thanks again dadi and also to Dhang. Nice pick!

It started with a BALL…

Buy… buy… literally pronounce as it is - (booy).

I can always hear my son uttering this word while referring to a ball. one of his favorite toys… Everytime we go to the mall he runs for a ball and will never stop till he can take it home. As of now He has four (4) balls, two (2) small sizes and the rest is medium-size just right for his age.

A ball is almost everywhere. What took me to write about it??? Actually it should be “who”???  It’s Xyra – my officemate who gave me the idea.

Since when I was small… now I am big… Hehe! Kidding aside, I remember I had a ball… something I can play with even when I am alone ‘coz I grew up in a farm where I don’t normally have playmates around… When I went to grade school, I dreamt of playing ball games volleyball and basketball – even if it was regarded then as boy’s game. During fourth grade, that’s the time when I was given the chance to play Volleyball… I have a fun trivia about it… Since I’m still learning the mechanics of the game, when I tried to serve (service) I hit the ball with both arms instead of an arm only… That was the start and I didn’t stop till I was selected to play for Inter-school league in our town… And I can’t believe that I was also chosen to play for Unit Meet (Inter-town) but unfortunately after a week of strenuous training I got sick and was not able to play at the actual event…

From then on, Volleyball has been my main game, I may not be an expert on this but at least I know how… During my High School and College days and even after graduation I still play this and will always be playing this game if time permits…

At my senior stage in High School, I learned and started to play basketball though not as frequent as the first one… But during college, I became so active on this that I even joined the CBPA (College of Business and Public Administration) Team in PLM (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila)… Wearing yellow jersey at all times to play for Inter-college competition within the University… Aside from the CBPA Team, I have also been an active member of JPIA (Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants) Basketball and Volleyball group, not to mention the Cheering Squad where no ball is involve… Hihi!

I really love to play a ball… (I don’t intend to give it a double meaning so I preferred to keep it in its singular form)… Haha!

Till this time I so love basketball… In my previous company, they owned a basketball team playing for PBL (Philippine Basketball League) where they had a record breaking six (6) straight season wins… I can still remember those days when I got the chance to mingle with some of the big-time PBA players today…

For now, I am dreaming for Macoi… I want him to become a Basketball Player in the future… But of course I am giving him a choice as I love him much much more and incomparable to my love for a BALL…

Jogging - Day 2

Lately, I notice the same me always telling to myself how my body has gained weight... From the slim me... to sexy me and now to biggie me...

I must admit and face the reality that I am 33lbs overweight as of yesterday when I tried to weigh in at our company clinic... Wahhh!

The other night was the great realization when I have decided to go for jogging every morning... and this 530-630am was my second day... I have thought that merely skipping meals will not give me the exact output I desire in a certain period of time...

I am not expecting to lose weight in an instant but I am glad that I have establish the determination to do so... The big issue left for now is the sustainability... Until when can I last to wake-up early and make myself tired of running and walking...

Come to think of it... Jogging is as if traveling without a destination...

What gives it the direction is your goal of losing weight or getting more physically fit in some ways...

Somehow you might think that connecting all the steps you've made will take you farther and can even take you somewhere which you usually get through a moving vehicle...

I don't want to make promises this time but I'm keeping my fingers crossed to be personally consistent in this effort...

I guess I was wrong when I said that I have no choice but to embrace a new me...

I believe I can still make a difference and so you are...

Repost from FB_APC-Finance Outing Part 3

At last... though I feel really tired and sleepy I still have to keep my promises...

Others might have already missed this night... Sorry for super late me...

You may blame it to Cel, for she's a newbie on FB whom is so excited for the outing pics so I had to prioritize uploading them... Good that you can now relate to those scenes I've mentioned in my previous notes...

So what's tonight's topic??? continuation of the continuation...

Well, well, well... Finally, silence has been broken... He already joined us... He??? Who's He??? Is he a he or a she???

I can now say that the chaos has been partially resolved... he finally admitted that he can somehow recall what he has done except for what he said... that he's just joking but the truth is he's a liar...

The ball is already with "her" right now, if she can completely accept the apologies... anyways, this may be a sensitive topic... To those who don't know about it... Sorry... amin-amin lang un...

Now I would wanna get back to the funny side of the story...

Remembering one the funniest moments captured by Te Shie's high-tech camera - Tin and the Watermelon seed on her face at a wacky pose... Nyahaha!

Winder who wasn't really aware of a stolen shot of him... and now so worried that he might be the center of attraction here in FB notes... Wahehe!

The scenes to be revealed further by Xyra which we really have no idea...

What else did I forgot??? Maybe we should now look at the pictures...

Bye for now... See you folks later...

hanapin ang butong pakwan sa noo ni tin...

Repost from FB_APC-Finance Outing Part 2

As promised... I should write some things about the outing tonight... as picked from comments and moments remembered this day...

As expected, everybody was excited to see more pictures taken during the outing... the pool, the plants-the well-landscaped place, and of course the peeps who were there - their poses, the smiles, the wacky pics and some stolen shots...

Particularly, Usyo with his butt forward, Metz covering his top exposing something in the bottom, the captured tequila shot of Tito Dodi, the photogenic smiles of Cel, the as if oblation pose of Theodie, the unbalanced leggings of Isay, sexy poses of flawless Xyra, the half body ID pic of Mam Mhie (peace... accdg to Tita Mariz.... hehe!), the hippo me and everybody who were so obviously addicted to picture taking... nyahaha!

But the additional spice of the happening were the punchlines such as "shitchirya", "loko to ah", "badtrip tong mga to", "parang tanga to", "lasing kaba", "pinagttripan ako ng mga to"... Who uttered these words? Secret! these should be left to those who stayed till the end... Hihi!

Well... as people deserve some respect this post is not yet done unless everything has been settled between or among... till next note guys...

Repost from FB_ APC-Finance Outing Part 1

i had fun... really i did and i am looking forward for more get-aways with APC peeps...

THE VENUE - the place is nice... perfect for private gatherings... we're just so fortunate that our swimming sked is already done on rainy days, so we had it almost exclusively for us...

it isn't too far... located along a public road in Gen. Trias, Cavite... it is a hotel and a resort in one... there's also a spa which u can enjoy in affordable rates...

the room that we availed is just so simple but elegant - can be a honeymoon venue as well ;-)

the pool is just right, the water isn't so cold...

the place is worth the price... good pick!

THE FOOD - MAIN MENU -whew! i just can't forget the spicy chicken feet (c/o Tita Mariz - eaten by Usyo for the first time) which made me sweat during dinner time, not to mention the CPA (Chicken Pork Adobo by Tito Dodi) with matching eggs, sisig (by Te Wowie), chicken lollipop (by Mam Mhie), grilled jumbo hotdogs, pork barbecue and embotido which really at their best taste ever (don't know whom to account the rest)... haha! would you believe I still enjoyed some of them at home? (take out etu - sayang naman kesa itapon)...

SNACKS - i just love the zeb-zeb... the baked potato chips and all we had on the road and during drinking session...fruits were also available, melon, watermelon and mango with matching alamang... yum! yum!

DRINKS - all time favorite sodas to match the sumptuous dinner while we had red wine, tequila, and beers (RH & SML) for the drinking session... guess who got drunk??? of course not me... I acted as the tanggera for a bottle of tequila...

THE PEOPLE - If i'm not mistaken we are more or less 30heads (from Payroll, A/P, PFA and FA groups) who went there but 14 of us were left to spend overnight swimming... I may not completely know their names this time (sooner I will) except for my constant canteen companions (Xy, Isay, Usyo, Dante, Metz and Cel) but I enjoyed being with them...

THE ACTIVITIES - Picture taking will always be a part of happenings like this... Thanks for the high-tech cam brought by Te Hersie and hubby Sir ___ (Sowee! not that familiar yet)

Swimming as the main purpose was really fun- I started to swim about 2am and stopped at 4am... two hours in the water while having girl's talk with isay... Cel was able to learn floating...

Drinking Session - After several rounds of tequila we had bottoms up glasses of SML... the 24bottles of beers did not suffice so Usyo and Dante had to buy for more which includes RH - Dante's fave vitamins... Nyahaha!

Isn't it that I am too excited to write about it... A lot of things I would really want to write but will have it done probably tomorrow night (June 08, 2010)... I shall be updated with more of the comments coming from those who have gone for this outing...

Job well done for the organizers - our boss(es) and all...
